In this case study, explore how our team spearheaded the renovation of a dilapidated structure on Oldham Street, Northern Quarter. With a project value of £400k, we worked directly with the architect to breathe new life into this city center landmark, turning it from a neglected relic into a contemporary masterpiece.
Modern conversion in an iconic area
Superb design really led this project. The completely derelict building required a lot of structural engineering to bring it back to a functioning building. The buildings features were kept and restored to their former glory which ensured every apartment retained original features.

The second phase of the project was to build a new property in the waste land that came at the rear of Oldham Street, making the whole build the ideal investment.
